Começo a achar esta conversa da falta de democracia na Europa e do domínio dos burocratas um discurso ideológico de lavagem ao cérebro. Na mui pouco burocrática América, que até tem um governo federal e onde não existe a necessidade desta negociação permanente entre os estados, só agora conseguiram retirar o Nelson Mandela e o ANC da lista dos terroristas cuja entrada nos USA precisava da derrogação da secretária de estado que até há uns meses já se confessara embaraçada com a situação.
